Do I have to add photos as soon as I post my listing?
No. You can add photos of your property anytime whether your listing is active or inactive.
Can I edit, change or add something on my property listing?
Yes. Your listing can be updated anytime you wish, simply log into your AustriaHomeRent.com account.
How do I pay to list my property?
Payment methods include major credit cards through PayPal (see www.paypal.com for information on their 100% guarantee for using your credit card online) and bank pay-in slips.
How do I access a copy of my invoice/receipt online?
Login to your AustriaHomeRent.com account you can print a receipt directly from your page.
Is there a time limit on my ad?
All ads have a six week limit which will ensure that all the listings on the site are current. This eliminates the frustration prospective renters encounter having to sift through outdated listings.
How can I view the traffic my property listing has received?
When you log in to your account page you can easily view hits any properties you have listed.
How do I list a shared property or a room for rent?
The same as any other listing. When filling out the property description form select 'shared" under the 'property type' drop down box.
How Do I Remove My Property?
When you login you can deactivate your property under "my listings". You can also email or call, and we will deactivate your property right away.
Can I reactivate a previous listing?
Yes. AustriaHomeRent.com archives your listing data and photos on your landlord login page. Make any modifications to your ad and easily reactivate this yourself at any time. Listing will go active again once payment has been received.
